Where we use AI

• Ask SelfSync — answers questions about the app and offers positivity ideas, using our own help articles.
• Daily reminders — writes a short, fresh message for the theme you choose.

What the AI sees

Only the question you type (or your chosen theme for reminders). It never reads your dreams, wins, gratitude or intentions. We don't store your chats. Messages are processed by our AI provider to write the answer.

Limits

• AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Use your own judgment.
• SelfSync is not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a professional.
• You're responsible for what you ask and how you use the answers. Don't use the AI for anything unlawful or harmful.

Fair use

Free accounts get 10 questions a month and Premium 300. We may filter replies or restrict accounts that misuse the AI.
