If you're not happy with SelfSync Premium, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, monthly or yearly.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at founder@ai-sync.app and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Premium page. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
