Your entries live on your device first

You need a free account to use SelfSync. Your entries are saved on your device and backed up to your account, where only you can read them.

Backups only you can see

If you sign in, your entries are backed up to your account. Our database rules let each person read and change only their own entries — no other user can see them.

Encrypted connections

Everything between your device and SelfSync travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Safer sign-in

• Sign in with Google, Lovable, or email and password.
• Email accounts must be confirmed by a link.
• Passwords that appeared in known data leaks are blocked.

A private AI helper

Ask SelfSync only receives the question you type. It never reads your journal, and we don't store your chats. AI keys and instructions stay on our servers.

Payments

Card details go straight to Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card.
